FYI, there is no separate Fixed Fare route tab in new Booking Form. POIs assigned to Fixed fares are listed in Pickup and Dropoff. But, all your POIs are unpublished and there is not at least a Fixed fare route associated with POIs, this is why nothing is showing in Pickup and Dropoff list. Please publish few POIs and assign atleast one Fixed fare to those POIs, everything will be working as expected.
