I am using this form for my website I have integrated but the Option of "Pick up Location" and "Drop Location" is not coming on the first page. Please help

We have checked your company setup, you have Fixed Fare enabled only, this means only fixed fare pickup points will be listed first and after you choose a pickup point, available dropoff points will be shown in dropoff list. We have checked your Booking Form, this is working, please check again on your end and let us know if you still find any problem.
