Hi,

Would you please explain a little bit more. Are you not receiving SMS from frontend Booking Form? Or from Backend Order details screen? Would you please check your Clickatel API credentials in Backend SMS settings?

when i place an order from the back office no text message is being sent, ive just tried a test order and is not coming up with message saying sms successful, and has not sent a text to my mobile

it is working through front office but just not through back office

We have fixed that, now system will preserve customer choice of getting SMS for his orders submitted from frontend Booking Form. If customer checked the checkbox (Receive SMS), then he will always be notified for changing status to Accepted. But, if he did not check the checkbox (because he did not want to get SMS), then system will not send SMS to him although his order gets accepted from backend. Please check once more and inform us if you find any problem.

thank you i see its sorted. mind you it would be nice to have a tick box in back office too, or am i being to greedy lol.
