Do all credit card payments need to open a new external page (paypal.com) to process payment? How can I complete the payment within the iframe your providing?

Hi Alex,
PayPal requires redirection to their website to process the payment with their standard payment method.
We have also integrated Stripe (https://stripe.com/) which collects the credit card information without leaving the iFrame.

You can set Stripe up by going to Dashboard > Payment methods > New > Select Stripe from the drop down of existing payment methods.

Please note that to use Stripe you will need to set up an account with them first.

Thank you and is there proper documentation on when prepayments are ran? at what stage? and then when is the payment processed? When the booking is accepted or after the ride is completed?

Hi again,
payments are always in full in advance (at the time of the booking not after the trip). You can set up PayPal to take partial payments (deposits) but the left over amount has to be made outside of the platform eg. Cash, Credit card payment terminal etc.
