I have Fixed Fare Route pricing for the following:

- Sun City to O'Hare Airport - $60
- Huntley to O'Hare Airport - $70
- Sun CIty to Midway Airport - $108
- Huntley to Midway Airport - $118

All is based upon four zones (Sun City Huntley, Huntley IL, O'Hare Airport, and Midway Airport).

When I book in the app, I get the following pricing:

- Sun City to O'Hare Airport - $60 correct
- Huntley to O'Hare Airport - $60 incorrect
- Sun City to Midway Airport - $118 incorrect
- Huntley to Midway Airport - $108 correct

I am using the New Design Preview.

I disabled one of the Fixed Fare routes, specifically:

- Sun City to O'Hare Airport - $60

I also cleared my browser's cache.

I entered a Huntley zone address to O'Hare Airport. It should have returned a price of $70. However, it returned a price of $0.

It seems to think that the address I chose is in the "Sun City Huntley" zone. However, it is not. The address is in the "Huntley IL" zone.

Any ideas?

Thanks

We have improved the zone search logic, system should be able to find out the correct Fixed Fare route based on Pickup and Dropoff, please check on your end again and inform us your findings. WE are also checking with different journey points for your company.

FYI, a POI should not be within a Zone and zones must not be overlapping with each other.

Thanks a lot

Thanks, Ronniee for the reply.

Yes, it looks like it's working as designed now.

Yesterday, I made sure that the Sun City Huntley zone was no longer within the Huntley IL zone. I removed that area from the Huntley IL zone yesterday.

Question: Why shouldn't a POI be within a zone?

Hi Curtis,
We are still trying to figure out all complications for overlapping Zones and POIs within Zones.
At the moment we have allowed POIs to be within Zones but please note that in case: POI1 that is in Zone1 and POI2 that is in Zone2 and POI1 to POI2 Fixed fare route exists as well as Zone1 to Zone2 Fixed fare route exists, when customer selects POI1 to POI2 then POI to POI Fixed fare route will be considered not Zone to Zone.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards.
