I have included three (3) examples in which the pricing should be Fixed Fare route pricing based upon zones.

Each returned pricing based upon $ per mile as opposed to Fixed Fare route pricing.

I included an attachment showing the Fixed Fare route pricing that should be used.

What am I doing wrong?

At this moment, zone pricing is only available to new design/Design 2, please switch to Design 2 and test again. Actually, you can move to New design, we released Beta version earlier, got feedback from our admins and tried to adopt this design to their feedback. And, please report us if you find any problem and we will fix that in no time for you.

One question: Do you want to review this new design again before the final switch? We can send you an URL by which you can check again.

Yes, I need to test zones before I switch production to the New Design.

I love the New Design. I just have to make sure my customers are presented with the right price before switching.

I just switched to the New Design to test ( I switched back afterwards).

I got the same result - $/mile pricing as opposed to Fixed fare route pricing.

Would you please check again. You don't need to switch to new design, just use the New design preview button from backend dashboard.

I did that as well. Same result.

It now appears to be working ... still testing ... please give me a few more minutes to confirm.

OK. I have now confirmed that the Fixed fare route with zones work for me.

I now have to re-draw one of my zones because I have a zone within a zone, and that does not return the correct fixed fare price.
