 Dear friends,

Unexpectedly, I faced some issues with PayPal Button payment method and even have lost a customer thanks to it. The problem is that when I create an order at the office end and establish PayPal Button payment method, the customer who clicks PayPal Button in the body of message, finds himself on the Drivenot Booking Form login page instead of PayPal checkout page as it was before. This misleads customers and cannot finalize their payment.

Please advise.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.

The pay now link in the email body is actually the Order details page URL at the frontend, the user has to login first to see the order details page and then he will see a Pay now button at the bottom, clicking on which will redirect the user to the Payment page hosted in PayPal. That customer might miss the Pay now button on the order details page as it was at the bottom, we are thinking to put this button to another place so that this can't be overlooked and the user don't need to scroll down to see that pay now button.

Thanks & Regards
Ronniee
