at times the system gets tons of emails and they are stuck in the email queue. For this reason, we have added the possibility that you use your own SMTP email server to send emails. You can set it up at the back office > Dashboard > Settings > Order email settings > Use SMTP?: Yes

That solution is not working. I understand that possibly some times the server can be busy but it has not worked for the last 3 weeks so its not just a
