 Good day
Currently we are sending a sms to the clients when they've made a booking, would it be possible to replace the sms system with Whatsapp messages?

Hi Linell,
at the moment there is no WhatsApp integration for messages.
It might be possible to develop integration but this will require thorough research and a development fee. If you have any links for integration documentation in English please forward them to us.
WhatsApp messages would be paid and as far as we know the fees are different for different parts of the world so, please do your research if WhatsApp is the best solution for you. Note that not all people have WhatsApp accounts and messages will have less delivery than SMS but we can of course make it optional so customers can decide if they would like to receive WhatsApp messages or not.
