Since few week, many customer said me that a problem occur on the last step command.

A cookie block the tunel purchase.

I investigate to repro this error on my side.

Have you heard something about that ?

Hi Frederic,
Please make sure that you are using the new integration where the booking form opens in a new window.
The iFrame integration will not work anymore because of the browser cookies issue.

If you are using the new integration and still face problems please let us know.
