Sorry about previous ticket. I can not make the map to show up in the booking form while I'm testing it, before to use it on my website I have both keys in order in Google Console. There is no error, just a blank field. In the same time, I've made a copy of the html code and I used it in Elementor page. Instead of showing up the booking form is just booking button there.

using the HTML code (or iFrame) will not work anymore - modern browsers forbid using cookies from a different domain than your website and the booking form needs cookies enabled in order to work.
You have to use the Book now button as outlined in the Integrations section.

Regarding Google Maps keys please make sure that you have added as a referrer for Server key the server IP and for Browser key all URLs that are listed in back office > Dashboard > Settings > Map settings.

I have noticed that in Dashboard > Settings > Base settings you have set
Pickup in Area: Yes
Drop off in Area: Yes
Both pick up and drop off in Area: Yes
This means that you can only have trips inside the Area of operation around Bucharest and no address outside that area will be allowed - please check and verify that this is your intention.

After you fix the above issues please check the booking form directly on your booking form URL: https://booking.drivenot.com/en-us/company/avi-smartcar-solution-srl-d and let us know if you find any problems or need help with anything.

I've been trough your documentation couple of times. I have two API keys, and for each one I used copy&paste. For urls and for server ip. I think that if it was something wrong with the Maps(api keys) I should see an error message... Is just a blank field there. The biggest problem is this: When I'm testing the form, and I want to use " search by address" I can't do it because is not dropping the address as usually does google maps and besides that, even if I type the address is not taken into consideration.

we have removed the API keys as all Trials work with our own API keys. And then changed the spelling of Bucharest city in Map settings without the special character in the spelling.
Everything started working as expected.
I have now added your original API keys and the system still seems to work fine but please check again on your end.
Where possible, please don't use any special characters in names as Google Maps API is not as polished as Google Maps itself and can throw errors for different reasons, including special characters.
You still have either Pick up or Drop off in your Base area of operation and this may limit the booking possibility but please test and adjust accordingly.

Why I can not delete zones? I have two zones in Romania that I don't need them. I didn't create them, they were there. another 3 i created are there and I can't get rid of them. As well the main area in Settings is London area.

Zones cannot be deleted - just activated and deactivated. Only active zones will be considered.
The Base area will be centered around the Default city you have typed in or you can manually move the Area of operation.
