Dear,

I've made quite a few fixed fare routes now, but it seems they only work in one way?

So if I add: 'Brussels Airport > Bruges' clients can't book 'Bruges > Brussels Airport'?
Or do I have to add each route twice, one for each way?

When making a POI i always select 'Show on fixed fares pickup' and 'Show on fixed fares Drop Off', so I thought that would work in both ways?

Hi Wim Vertenten,
sorry for the late reply.
Fixed fare routes are just one way as their prices may vary in Return prices.

"When making a POI i always select 'Show on fixed fares pickup' and 'Show on fixed fares Drop Off', so I thought that would work in both ways?" - selecting Show on Fixed fare Pick up/Drop off will display the POI at the front end, if you select "No" for these options that POI will not be displayed in the drop down selection lists but can still be used for Fixed fare routes in Search URLs and you can publish those Search URLs on external websites or different pages on hour website.
When the Search URL is clicked by a customer all pre-set parameters will pre-fill the booking form.

There is an option in Dashboard > Settings > General settings > Enable Swap Routes - if set to Yes this option will show Swap arrows at the front end that users can click to change Pick up and Drop off places. This may not be the ideal solution but for the sake of price flexibility all Fixed fare routes have to be created manually.
You can use the Copy function at the back end to copy similar Fixed fare routes and just edit their POIs quicker.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards.
