We have a problem with email. Reservations enter the backend, but it depends, they do not reach the client's email or the administrator email. We have not modified any of the settings. Can you help on this?

Hi there,

all emails are sent out through the system and everyone should receive them. However, sometimes emails end up in Spam folders. Please check your spam folder and add no-reply@drivenot.com and no-reply-back@drivenot.com to your whitelist.
The best way to ensure email delivery is to use SMTP server to send emails through your own email provider. You have to set up the SMTP through your back office > Dashboard > Settings > Order email settings > Use SMTP: Yes.
Here is an online tutorial on setting up SMTP: https://booking.drivenot.com/en-us/knowledge-base/49-how-to-change-sender-email-and-name-for-order-emails

Hope this helps.
Kind regards.

The problem is that it happens with a car, and to the clients, the same client sometimes receives the reservation confirmation and sometimes not.
And when I try to configure the send option by SMTP, I have this problem.
1.- I click on "Send test"
2.- I write the test shipping address, and when I click on "Send", it opens the following message.
3.- (See image 2)

Therefore, I do not use the send option via SMTP.
How to solve this?

It aggregates the SMTP port. It's my fault. Now everything works well. Thank you very much.
