#1799 – Set up questions

 Hi

I have a couple of questions:

1. I have set up Stripe payments in the system but don't seem to be able to get it to work on the booking form. The booking form only shows "Invoice later" - what have I done wrong?!

2. I have set up shared and private vehicles in the Fixed Fares section but when I try to schedule two shared transfer bookings, it won't let me assign the same driver. How do I do this?

3. Also, where can I add extras such as baby seats or ski bags to the booking form or does that come up later in the process?

Hi Jon, Please see my replies below 1. I have set up Stripe payments in the system but don't seem to be able to get it to work on the booking form. The booking form only shows "Invoice later" - what have I done wrong?! >> You set Use in app = YES, this will show the payment method in mobile apps only. I set that to NO and now you should see the method. Also, you haven't added Live Endpoing Signing Secret as you have set Sandbox = NO. We recomment to test the payment in sandbox = yes mode. You have to add WebHook Endpoint URL properly as well in your Stripe account dashboard. 2. I have set up shared and private vehicles in the Fixed Fares section but when I try to schedule two shared transfer bookings, it won't let me assign the same driver. How do I do this? >> You can assign a driver (who are NOT assigned already to any booking) to a booking. If you still find any problem, please send us more details with screenshot (if possible). 3. Also, where can I add extras such as baby seats or ski bags to the booking form or does that come up later in the process? >> You can add as many extras as you want in Custom fields section. Thanks for that.

I have set up some additional options in the custom fields but they only show on the booking form if selecting Shuttle Routes, not the address search. Is there another setting I've missed?

If you set Show on Shuttles = YES, that custom field will be displayed for Shuttle booking type only. If you want to show a custom field for Address search, you have to set Show on Shuttles = NO for that custom field.

Thanks for your previous help.

Another question - in the driver app, is it possible to show the additional custom fields for items such as ski bags and accommodation address? At the moment, it only shows number of passengers and the destination town.

Hi Jon,

You have set Display on = Last Booking step left for ski bags and accommodation address at backend custom fields section, this means these custom fields will be shown at the 3rd step under the user information. If you want to show those fields at the first step, you have to set Display on = First booking step, please see the attached.
