#1731 – Notification of on-line booking

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

I have had a couplke of people send payments using the booking form online, but I have not had any notification of the booking.
This is of a concern as I need toi verify availability before confirming acceptance.
Something is not working?
Any ideas?

We have checked your system with few orders and the system is sending notification mail actively.
Please check once again from your side and let us know your comments.

I did get a notification (Dev User) really well just now.
So what is happening that the oters are not generating a noitification?
perhaps tehy are not pushing the right buttons?

Hi Nicholas,
all notifications are sent the same way so if you receive the notifications from our orders you should receive the ones that your customers make as well. Please check your Spam folder as sometimes messages may end up there.
Are you referring to front end made orders or back-office orders made manually by you or your staff?

I have checked spam and nothing.
I am referring to orders that are calculated through the website.
I'll see what happens in future.
