There is a serious problem with the area delimited on the map. Every so often an error appears. And NO modifications have been made. NO modification
The map of the area is image 1. And the map that appears in the error message is image 2, which as you can see is not the one that corresponds to our base area.
It must be corrected urgently.

Hi,

I was checking your backend Base settings, I noticed you have set Pickup in area & Dropoff in area to YES, so I think you should set Both pickup & dropoff in area to YES also. Then I tried to reproduce the problem (Image 2), but I couldn't. I can see the correct map always when I choose a pickup point outside of your area of operation defined in Base settings. Which pickup & dropoff point you were trying with? Please tell us few pickup points so that we can replicate the problem on our side.

The attached images helped a lot to detect the problem. You have a zone named "Pilar de la Horadada" in Zones sections, you have set Pickup in area & Dropoff in area to YES for this zone. So, both pickup and dropoff has to be in this zone area. Although this zone area is different than the base area of operation in Base settings, but when you choose pickup and dropoff, system checks whether you have any active zone and if found, system tries to detect whether the pickup & dropoff points fulfil the conditions of each active zone. For example, when you choose "03191 Mil Palmeras, Alicante, Spain" as pickup, this point resides in the zone "Pilar de la Horadada", this zone has dropoff in area = YES and so dropoff has to be within this zone, system will show that error popup if you choose a dropoff point outside this zone area.

This should be working on your side now as I have set Both pickup & dropoff in area = YES in both Base settings and the above Zone. As you have set Pickup in area & Dropoff in area = YES, so you should set Both pickup & dropoff in area = YES. Please check on your side and let us know if you still have any confusion or find any problem.
