Please could you check that the iframe says book now which opens another page which leaves our website to make a booking this is not what we want as customers are not booking.

the booking form has been changed in mobile devices only, it is loading a Book Now button which the user has to click to see the booking form open in a new tab. This is done so your booking form actually promotes the passenger app that comes for free with your account. Unfortunately, the Install app button is not loading when the booking form is iFramed on mobile devices so it needs to open in a new tab.
