In Base settings, you have set Both pick up and drop off in Area = YES, this means both pickup and dropoff must be within the area of operation defined in Base settings. Please check with an address within the zone and you won't see the error area. Please change settings in Base settings and see which configuration work for you, please let us know if you find any problem or have any confusion.
