Though I already setup my API Services I still have problem with Zones Setup, The only thing that show is this.. Please see the screenshot.

the attached image clearly shows that both Browser and Server API keys fields are empty. You will have to get the API keys from Google's developer console. You can see all steps necessary here.

If you still have trouble setting that up please let us know.

Could you please give me the steps to add you as a project editor? I searched but couldn't find a way to add your email address.

You can search on Google project dashboard to see how you can make an editor, this should be under IAM & admin > IAM .....
The correct URL of Google Developer Console is https://console.developers.google.com. You have to log in there with your Google or Gmail account.
