#1557 – Clients complaining about receiving to many e-mails

 Good day, We are having an issue where some of our clients making bookings online receive up to 15 notification e-mails about their bookings.

Is there any way we can reduce the amount of e-mails that are sent to clients

Hi Kallie,

15 notification emails for a booking is not possible. Customer receives Waiting status order email first, then if order is approved by company admin, he will get Approved status email. Customer will get order status change email for each status change from backend. If you can send us receiver email address, we can check email logs from our side. You will be able to check from your side if you use your own SMTP settings to send emails.
