#1550 – Cookies problem message on Safari and iphone

Dear support team,

We have a problem with the booking form on Safari "Mac and Iphone" When our client use Safari on Macbook or Iphone they can't see the booking form "please see the image attached".

When we click on "You need Cookies enabled to use the booking form, Please click here to enavle cookies automatically" nothing happen and it just refresh the page and the message do not disappears !

Could u please check this problem ?

We have some other colleagues who use also your booking form and they have exactly the same problem.

Hi Kevin,

We have checked your Booking Form in iPhone 6 plus Safari, its working as expected (please see attached). We had to add a fix lately due to popup policy changed in Safari and now the popup saying "You need Cookies enabled to use the booking form, Please click here to enavle cookies automatically" should be removed when you click on it and your Booking Form should be reloaded. Please clear your browser cache and check again.
