Customers that receive email at "sbcglobal.net " fail to receive the confirmation email messages for their orders, or any email messages sent by DriveNot. However, those same customers can successfully receive messages sent directly from us.
We have confirmed this with another third party that is sending messages from "user@our-domain.com" on our behalf. The same failed email delivery occurs.
We believe the solution is for DriveNot to route the messages through our SMTP server. The "sbcglobal.net" mail servers will see an email message sent from the same domain as the FROM domain, and will successfully deliver the message.
We would like to provide our SMTP server and authentication credentials so that DriveNot can configure to send messages for our customers.
Please update us with the procedure.
Thanks
