I want to hide the header of the booking form and the sections of login as I do have that feature in my website. How do I that?

Hi Khidmaat,
the login on your website will not serve the same purpose as the one on the booking form. Customers can log in and see their past orders, create an Address book, cancel orders if you allow that and many other things that they will not be able to do via the login on your website.
