#1435 – can not accept bookings as before

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

URGENT :

The accept button ( in the "new reservation" email, sent to us by the system )
does not seem to function any more.

Booking form works fine - client receives email that booking status is WAITING.

But when we want to ACCEPT ( green button in booking email ), we see this : https://www.screencast.com/t/OgEOKuCkbx9L

Kindly fix this asap please.

Thank you for your speedy reply.

Unfortunately we still have the same problem.

Whether we click ACCEPT or REJECT,
we see this : https://www.screencast.com/t/0TbB0tZ5US

It is frightening.
It also gives our Company a bad name, as if we are amateurs.

Please fix as it was before asap.

Hi Axel,

Finally we have detected the problem, we have updated the URLs for Accept/Reject order and Administrators are getting the correct URLs, but Additional Administrators were still getting the old URLs, we have fixed that and it should be fine, please do a quick test again and let us know if you find any problem.
