We received no mail that our site was about to expire. So we are currently off line and had to pay. We made a payment just now, but system still off. Can you urgently resolve this issue

the system actually sends 2 warning emails that your subscription is about to expire: 5 days and 2 days prior to expiration.
Your payment has been verified now and your account activated.
