We have detected a deficiency in Drive Not App. The reservation form is not opened. You always get this message: "try it later." It is the same for all the services that are shown, no matter the country, it happens with everyone. It can be fixed?

where did you see that message? The booking form is working normally for everyone and no one else has reported a similar issue.
Would you please send us more details, links and screenshots if possible?
I just checked your booking form at https://shuttle-service-transfers.com/ and it is working as expected.

Hi there,
yes, you are correct the old mobile app DriveNot is not operational at the moment. This was a collective app for everyone on the system developed by a partner but it isn't supported anymore.
Instead, we have released a mobile Progressive Web App that can be configured at the back office > Dashboard > Mobile app.
This app can be downloaded by anyone visiting the booking form on multiple devices including desktops. At the moment it is working best on Android with Chrome browsers but as it is very new technology it is being improved constantly.
