i have had a few users disappear from my users list when im re booking them i have to re enter all their details.

one such user is martin stakim used me friday past now i cant find his details!

Hi,

This user is still in your company user database. You can see this user in Backend Users manager here. Also, while adding new Order, you can search this user in User details section.

Please check again and if you still see the problem, please explain in more details with screenshot if possible.

since writing the post i have had to re enter his details again. his original user is not there with email address a1lux@a1lux.

Actually, this user (name: letty given, email: a1lux@a1lux) is also in your company user database. You can see this user in Backend Users manager here. Also, while adding new Order, you can search this user in User details section. Please check again and if you still see the problem, please explain in more details with screenshot if possible.
