#1321 – Booking confirmation email

 Hi

We received a phone call this morning from a customer that made a booking on the 12th August and said that they did not receive the confirmation email, this seems to be happening from time to time can this be looked at please.

Hi Lawrence,
we have been checking and monitoring our outgoing emails and everything looks in order.
As you already know it is best to use your own SMTP settings in back office > Dashboard > Settings > Order email settings to ensure email delivery.
