 what does this mean? SMTP Error! Could not authenticate.

this appeared after creating a booking.

Hi Rupert,
are you using your own SMTP server to send emails or is the default option with our SMTP server?
There has been a temporary outage through our server - emails were stuck in a queue but they should all be sent shortly after the outage.
Would you please give us some more details about your setup - own SMTP or default email service that we provide?

This error is still he happening. Do you know when the outage will end?!!

Hi Rupert,
emails are going out as expected at the moment.
I was asking if you use your own SMTP but I checked and you are using our default system.
Some clients have reported that using their own SMTP is improving their email delivery rate. You can set up your own SMTP at the back office > Dashboard > Settings > Order email settings > Use SMTP?: Yes and fill in the required details.
