#1203 – Drivenot do not send emails - err mess attached

 Good day
Drivenot is not sending the emails to the clients when you save a booking, Please can you assist as it's now for the last 3 hr. Clients is getting frustrated as they dont receive their booking information or banking details to make payment.

Hi Linell,

I think the problem is related to your SMTP credentials, the error message states everything about the problem, "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate". So, please check your SMTP credentials, you can send test emails from Settings -> Order email settings.
