We are unable to add a privacy policy at the url as it's giving us an err so we can not save and close the page, therefor we are unable to access our entire work system, pls we urgently need your assistance to sort this our

I see that you have managed to enter a Privacy Policy URL but you have used https://booking.drivenot.com/en/privacy-policy which is not your own Privacy Policy.
You have to use a Privacy Policy published on your own website with explanation how you handle customer data.
Please fix that as soon as possible.
You could get in a lot of trouble if you serve even one citizen of the European Union because of the General Data Protection Regulation that is in effect from 25th of May, 2018.
