About the departure hours automatically setted, how can we give more time to the user to enter the informations ?

Because concretely, when a user open the form, the time is automatically setted (xx minutes after local hour), and the problem is that if he makes a little bit to much time to validate the order, he has an error message. How can we set a time (20 minutes for example) and let 3 minutes at less to user to validate his booking ?

Hi Bruno,
I can see that you have set "Booking allowed after: 0.20" which means that the time at the booking form will be automatically set to current user time + 20 minutes.
The session time is 5 minutes to complete the booking so customers should not have troubles with that. The session is necessary so it checks the available car and only shows cars that are available for the selected Pick up - Drop off period.
If the session is too long then there is a risk for a car to be double booked at the same time.
