Hi on our website we have a option for translation but it does not change the booking form is there a option for to have a button to show for translation on the booking form.
Hi Lawrence, you can enable translations to existing languages through the back office > Dashboard > Translations > Install the language you would like to enable. I'm guessing that you are using automatic website translation from Google - this will not work on the booking form as there are many dynamic elements that load at different times throughout the booking process. Google auto-translate works arguably well only for text pages. We are using native text translations for the booking form.
So there is no option for a customer to select what language they require when using the booking form?
Hi Lawrence, of course, there is. When you install more than one language through back-office > Dashboard > Translations, a drop down with all installed languages will appear at the front end booking form and the client can select whichever language they chose.
