#1011 – Accepting, declining bookings doesnt work properly

I have a driver that shall accept/decline a booking within 15 minutes.

After those minutes one should automatically decline or accept. where to do that setting? Right now it automatically accepts but no confirmation is sent to the user that booked.

They still have "Waiting Status" which is the first email they get.

Hi Muhamed,
the job being Accepted or Declined by the Driver doesn't change the Order status as the Driver doesn't have control over the order payment.
Orders change to Accepted for the client is done by the payment gateway on a successful transaction or manually by Admins and Dispatchers if the payment method is Cash.
If the driver doesn't accept the order within the specified time the order will go to the next driver in line (at the moment this is controlled by Car type and earliest Driver registration - driver user ID).
