Airport Pick Up Instructions: We're monitoring the flight for your convenience. Your driver we'll contact you upon arrival.  If you're not able to find your driver please call us at 307-699-7969 and we'll connect you with our driver. If you need assistance with your luggage or any other special needs, to make your arrival smooth we do offer meet and greet service at the airport for an extra $25.00 per trip per vehicle. 

 STOPS: If you need to make any extra stops let us know ahead of time so we can make it happen for you! Waiting time applies as follows: First 10 minutes are $10 and then each additional minute will be charged at $2.00 per minute. The waiting time extra charges will be collected by the driver in the vehicle. Our Drivers do accept credit cards and cash in the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy or No Shows: It is important to avail yourself of the ability to check pricing and confirm your plans prior to booking with us. Cancellation fees apply according to the following schedule: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hrs for SUVs and 7 days for buses, 48 hours for Vans & Executive Vans in advance of your scheduled pick-up date and time, the fare will be refunded in full minus Booking Fee. Booking fees includes credit card fees and reservation handling fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs for SUVs, 7 days for buses, vans and all daily requests for delegations or multiple Vehicle events prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in a cancellation fee of the full base fare of the trip. Cancellations made at pick-up time, as well as “no shows” (you are not available or no longer want the trip when the driver calls for you) will result in a cancellation fee of the full base fare of the trip, plus Gratuity service fee, plus any applicable wait fees and expenses (including fuel, National park Fees, etc.) as described elsewhere in our terms and conditions. Cancellation of greeters with less than (24) hours notice will be charged at the full hourly greeter rate. If you are running late (except as provided above under “Punctuality; Driver Wait Times”) or you cannot locate your driver, please call 307-699-7969 to avoid a “no show” fee.
